The Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite is a unique resource - all job postings are limited positions with sites or employers related to adoption and child welfare fields. Employers may post a wide range of legal, social work, and other opportunities to the JobSite, ranging from volunteer and paid/unpaid student opportunities, to full-time salary positions for experienced professionals.

Posting a position is easy! By creating an account below, you will be able to connect with qualified applicants to address your employment needs. Postings can include paid or volunteer positions, full-time or part-time, legal or social work opportunities, and other positions with child welfare/adoption employers, such as development or IT professionals.

Once your account and job posting are approved*, applicants will be able to search and directly apply for your position. All applications and resumes will be electronically submitted to the contact information you provide. The JobSite allows employers to easily manage the entire recruitment process; you can require special skill qualifications or licensure/certifications, as well as control the length of time the posting is active.
